Our philosophy

We believe permanent makeup should be felt, not seen. Confidence from the moment you open your eyes, never a mask.

Lucy microblading a client's brows at her Shavington studio, Cheshire

Permanent makeup, also known as micropigmentation, is a beauty treatment that enhances your natural features by implanting pigment into the skin.

It's the perfect option for those looking to define their brows, eyes, or lips without the need for daily makeup. The result is long-lasting, natural and requires minimal maintenance.

While results can vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare, permanent makeup typically lasts between 1–3 years. Over time, the pigment gradually fades, so to keep your look fresh, a top-up treatment is recommended every 12 to 18 months.

Each permanent makeup treatment consists of an initial consultation, the treatment, and a 6-week top-up.

You'll receive detailed aftercare instructions to ensure your skin heals correctly and the pigment settles well. Following these guidelines will extend the life of your permanent makeup - and with the recommended 12–18 month top-ups, your results will continue to look fresh, vibrant and beautiful.

  1. 01

    Consultation

During your free consultation, we take the time to understand what you want and talk through the best options for your brows, eyeliner or lips. We check your skin type, do a patch test, go over any medical history and suggest styles that suit you. You'll have plenty of time to ask questions before we book your treatment.

  2. 02

    Treatment

We start by mapping the shape to suit your features, making adjustments together until you're happy with the design. Pigments are mixed to match your skin tone. Afterwards you'll get an aftercare kit and support to guide you through healing.

  3. 03

    6-Week Top-Up

Included in the price of every treatment. Six weeks after your first appointment you'll come back for a top-up, refining any areas that have softened during healing so your results are even and long-lasting.

If you are wondering whether to have permanent make up - just do it! Lucy did my brows and top and bottom eye liner. I'm so pleased with the results. It makes such a difference every day waking up with perfect liner and brows.

I came to Lucy earlier this year to have permanent makeup done - I have had alopecia for over two years which meant total hair loss, and Lucy has brought back my confidence in abundance. A wonderful young lady who is skilled and conscientious.
